Meet Mohamed Salah, Premier League Player of the Season for 2024-25

Mohamed Salah has once again been honored as the Premier League’s Player of the Season for 2024-25. This marks the second time Salah has received the award, the first being after his remarkable debut campaign with Liverpool back in 2017-18.

This season, Salah has delivered one of the most outstanding individual performances ever seen in the Premier League, playing a crucial role in Liverpool’s title-winning run. The Reds secured the championship comfortably, wrapping it up with four games left to play in April.

To date, Salah has racked up an impressive 28 goals and 18 assists in the league under manager Arne Slot, leading Liverpool as they head into their final game of the season against Crystal Palace.

Thanks to these numbers, the Egyptian star is set to finish as both the top scorer and top assister in the Premier League this year.

Salah was chosen over tough competition, including his own Liverpool teammates Ryan Gravenberch and Virgil van Dijk, along with standout players like Morgan Gibbs-White, Alexander Isak, Bryan Mbeumo, Declan Rice, and Chris Wood from other clubs.
