Who is Isaac, the 6-year-old Liverpool fan?
Isaac is a six-year-old boy who captured the hearts of Liverpool family, fans, and players for his glorious renditions of the majority, if not all, of Liverpool’s songs and the anthem as well.
Full name Isaac Kearney, Isaac was born with a rare genetic condition from childhood. In the next section we will explain further on his health condition and his miracle of survival. Isaac’s love for all that concerns Liverpool has won him up to 500,000 TikTok followers; the world enjoys seeing him strumming his tiny guitar toy.
His popularity increased from time to time, and some of the Liverpool players paid him a visit; his mom was surprised when he was asked to be a mascot. Isaac’s mother is named Melissa. Reacting to the invitation to be a mascot for Liverpool’s match, she said it was “a dream come true” for her son.
Isaac watches that video of him meeting the players every day, sometimes all day. He will say, ‘Mum, look, here’s me on YouTube!
The Origin of Isaac’s Medical Condition
Before Isaac was born, during the antenatal stage of Melissa’s pregnancy. It was discovered by the doctors that Isaac had a medical syndrome known as Wolf-Hirschhorn syndrome. Typically, people with this health disorder have difficulty in seeing; most of them cannot hear or talk, not to mention walking in the future after birth.
The little lad has undergone a series of operations to get better; he has done an open-heart surgery. And in all of this, Isaac the Liverpool fan doesn’t let it get him down; he is good at bouncing back and playing what he loves best.

Isaac was born on the 2nd of February in 2018. He celebrated his 6th Birthday on 2 February 2024 and will celebrate his 7th birthday next month, February 2nd 2025.

Isaac visited Disney Paris for his first birthday . For his 2nd birthday, he visited CBeebies land and for his 3rd Birthday was at home because of lockdown. Sadly, Â Isaac was in the hospital for his 4th birthday.
We pray for complete healing upon him, and we hope it comes soonest. We love seeing him happy.
During his 6th birthday, Isaac’s wish was to get a big big Liverpool room which was granted.

How Did Liverpool Notice Him?
After a series of video clips of Isaac’s joy whenever he is singing football songs and watching football, especially as it matters to Liverpool FC. LFC players had to reach out to his family to arrange a surprise meeting for the lad.
Before the visit, Isaac had been making use of plush toys of Mo Salah and Viril van Dijk in school and everywhere around him. Salah and Van Dijk were the players who came to pay him a surprise visit in his school .
When Mohammed Salah and Captain Virgil van Dijk showed up at Isaac’s school, he was speechless and surprised. When his parents jokingly asked him why the players came to see him, Isaac said it was because they liked him. Isaac and his family had a tour of Liverpool’s training center, and it was indeed a memorable day for the little child as he met his heroes, giving each of them high-fives. He also met with the coach, Arne Slot.

The story of Isaac can be likened to the time of Jürgen Klopp after a touching gesture a year back when he recognized a fan in a wheelchair named Dáire. Isaac was the mascot that led Van Dijk onto the football pitch, and the club won the match with a 2-0 score.
As a parent and someone who loves what is good, you can’t hide your joy after seeing a little child calling all the players by their names. He is really a champion.
