The Australian Sports Commission invites you to share an exciting time with them. They organize international sporting competitions they are also in charge of Men’s and Women’s Rugby World Cup. As a Director who will be hired for this post, your job typically requires that you lead and monitor the delivery of the Australian Sports Commission modern approach to the idea of Coaching and Officiating. The job also requires that you oversee the supports provided by the National Sporting Organizations for People with Disability (NSODs), and the National Sporting Organizations (NSOs) and that you get them empowered to dish out development support for coaches and officials all round Australia to ensure that they are in line with the modern approach to coaching and officiating. You have gainedRelevant experience or you display an understanding of the connection that exist between high performance in sports, the pathways and participation levels in sport and you should be able to apply strategically, operational alignment
You should deeply understand the relationship that exists between coaching and officiating delivery and link them to participant experience.
You must be in alignment with the principles as specified by modern approach to coaching and officiating.
